Shipping policy

We try our best to dispatch your order within 24hr of placement but due to demand and potential logistics status, we may need to hold your order for an additional 24 hours to allow for minimal time during transit. This is to ensure your order arrives with minimal damage due to being away from chilled storage. 

All orders are processed between Monday and Thursday with no weekend deliveries. This is to ensure your mushrooms arrive in the best condition possible.

Next day orders are cut off from 10:30am, this is to allow us time to pick, pack and dispatch your order in the afternoon.
