Shipping policy

We do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement. However, due to demand, harvest timing, and courier conditions, we may occasionally hold your order for an additional 24 hours to minimise time spent in transit and help ensure your mushrooms arrive in the best possible condition.

All fresh mushroom orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Thursday. We do not dispatch on Fridays or offer weekend deliveries, as this helps avoid parcels being held in transit over the weekend.

Next-day delivery is available for mainland UK orders only. Orders for next-day dispatch must be placed before 10:30am, allowing us time to pick, pack and dispatch your mushrooms that afternoon.

Please note that non-mainland UK addresses may take longer and are not covered by our next-day delivery service.
