How best to store the mushrooms
We recommend removing all the packaging the mushrooms arrived in and storing them in the fridge in an open-top container. This will help them breathe and stop any sweating (condensation).
I would like to access my subscription
You can skip, reschedule and edit your subscription anytime, simply login and access your account/subscription using the account page.Alternatively, for an easier experience, send us an email with you amendments and we can do it for you!
Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or within 24 hours between Monday and Thursday. Our cut off point is midday, this allows us to pick and pack the order before dispatching the same day. We don't send out orders on Friday due to the uncertainty of Saturday deliveries.
All mushrooms are picked, packed and then delivered within 24 hours but not 24 hours from the order. Sometimes we require 24-48 hours additionally before dispatch, this is due to the growing cycles and unforeseen Royal Mail problems. We will delay orders if it means sending out the best produce possible.
My mushrooms were late or damaged
If your mushrooms are late or damaged due to transit, please take some photos and send us an email. We can look into the tracking and figure out why it has happened before taking the right course of action.
What other types of mushrooms do you grow?
Currently, we only grow the mushrooms that are found in our bundle. We are however, planning to release new types this year including Lion's Mane and King Oysters. The best way keep updated is to sign up to our newsletter. You can do that at the bottom of this page.
Are they Organic?
We can confirm that no pesticides/chemicals are used in the cultivation of our mushrooms. We control every aspect of the growing environment via Poly Tunnels. This means we don’t require pesticides.
We are not certified Organic as we haven’t got round to completing the certification. But we do not use any artificial chemicals to enhance the growing process.
Can I customise my order?
Certainly! Send us an email of your requirements, wait for us to respond and then place your order. Don't like Shiitake? Want more of one type? We can certainly make it happen!
