Shallow Fry:
Remove all packaging, preheat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Evenly spread out the meatballs (x6)
into the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Turn six times during cooking (approximately every 2.5 mins).
Oven Cook:
Preheat oven to Gas mark 6 (200°C) Electric 200°C and Fan assisted 180°C. Remove all packaging and evenly spread out the meatballs (x6) onto a baking tray and place into the centre of the oven for 18 minutes.

I made an Italian Polpette sauce which usually is served with pork meatballs. The mushroom meatballs were miles better! So flavoursome, good texture, and size, and compliment the rich tomato sauce perfectly. They keep their shape even after 45 min cooking in the sauce and we served them with rice (and parmesan) but they could just as easily go with pasta. I have bought more to serve when our friends come to visit!
