So delicious
I made an Italian Polpette sauce which usually is served with pork meatballs. The mushroom meatballs were miles better! So flavoursome, good texture, and size, and compliment the rich tomato sauce perfectly. They keep their shape even after 45 min cooking in the sauce and we served them with rice (and parmesan) but they could just as easily go with pasta. I have bought more to serve when our friends come to visit!
