Shallow Fry:
Remove all packaging, and preheat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Evenly spread out the burgers into the pan and cook for 9 minutes. Turn three times during cooking (approximately every 2.5 minutes).
Oven Cook:
Preheat oven to Gas mark 6 (200°C) Electric 200°C and Fan assisted 180°C.Remove all packaging and evenly spread out the burgers (x4) onto a baking tray and place into the centre of the oven for 18 minutes.

These burgers were luscious, huge and very yummy. We had them with toasted brioche buns, avocado , lamks lettuce, cheese, onion relish, fresh tomatoes and sliced red onion - delicious. Sorry I forgot to take a photo! Definately recommend.
