Enjoy your Lion’s Mane fresh, sliced and fried until golden, roasted, or torn into your favourite dishes. Then keep the dried mushrooms in the cupboard for whenever you want an extra hit of deep, savoury mushroom flavour.

Our dried mix is made on the farm using around 500g to 1kg of fresh mushrooms per pack, carefully dried to concentrate the flavour and give them a shelf life of over 6 months.

Soak them and add to risotto, ramen, pasta, soups and stews, or grind them into a mushroom powder for stocks, sauces, gravy and seasoning.

Fresh Lion’s Mane for now. Dried mushrooms for later.

Delicious mushroom

Received my pack a working day after I had ordered. They came with a cooler pack inside and were fresh and smelled lovely. I fried them with onions, garlic and flat leaf parsley, in the end a squeeze of lemon juice. Heavenly

Fantastic!

I normally grow my own but due to a busy schedule of travelling it wasn’t feasible so I ordered the Lion’s Mane feast box. It arrived perfectly packaged and in pristine condition as if it had just been picked. It was absolutely delicious - I had intended to dehydrate some but I ate it all. I would definitely buy from The Mushroom Barn again and highly recommend them.

Nice treat

Very delicious both in the pan and on the barbecue, but too expensive to make it a regular purchase, I am afraid. Very good product and very good customer service though. Thank you.
